Patient therapy notes pass through our in-house Quality Assurance Department which is/are also physical therapist and/or occupational therapist, prior to submission to home health agency (HHA). Our therapist are all licensed by TX PT/OT/MSW Board of Examiners and their credentials are regularly checked and are available upon request. We see patients within a week from the day of the referral usually within 3 days period, if patient is available. To assure quality of service, we offer mentoring to the new therapist. Our company has dedicated back office and field support teams, which allows you to focus on building your Home Health Agency business.
